These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between rm88 and any person ("user" or "player") who accesses the services, games or any activity on the rm88 platform. By accessing this platform or creating an account, you are considered to have read and accepted all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Section 1 — User Eligibility

Section 2 — Account Creation and Management

2.1 One Person, One Account Policy

Each individual may only create one personal account on rm88. If multiple accounts are found to have been created fraudulently or through duplication, rm88 reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any funds without a refund.

2.2 Security Responsibility

Keep your login credentials (username and password) to yourself and do not share them with any third party. The player is personally responsible for all activity carried out on their account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

rm88 may request a player's identity documents (ID card copy, bank statement, etc.) at any time when processing financial transactions or whenever deemed necessary. If the documents are not provided within the specified period, withdrawals may be suspended.

Section 3 — Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits will be reflected in your account shortly after completion. If a deposit is not reflected, please contact customer support.

3.2 Withdrawals

Available withdrawal methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth withdrawal—

• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or payment method registered on your account.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• rm88 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for verification purposes.

Section 4 — Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at rm88, you can receive a 150% bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. To claim this bonus, the wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.

Example —

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks; you must wager 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 680,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,180,000 Ks; you must wager 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement for that bonus has been fully met.
• Each bonus may only be used in the game categories and games associated with its promotion, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus policies may change without prior notice.
• If a player is found to have obtained a bonus through fraudulent or abusive means, the bonus and any associated funds may be forfeited.

Section 5 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rm88 platform—

• Use of hacking or any technical exploitation methods.
• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated tools during gameplay.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering.
• Allowing a third party to play from the same account environment (multi-accounting).
• Colluding with others within the gaming network.
• Any action intended to circumvent these rules.

If a breach of these rules is found, rm88 may close the account, forfeit any remaining balance, and report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Section 6 — VIP Program

rm88 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As players move up the tiers, they receive the following weekly cashback benefits—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

To move up a VIP tier, players must be regularly active. Decisions regarding cashback eligibility and VIP tier status are at rm88's discretion.

8.1 rm88's Right to Modify

8.2 If the player wishes to close their account
